Tommy was born in Mobile, AL where he attended UMS-Wright Preparatory School. He later graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate.

Tommy was with Gleason and Associates for 13 years before he and Jay Roberds formed Gleason and Roberds Commercial Real Estate Services and Investments, LLC.
He has experience in all areas of commercial real estate, including brokerage, development and property management.

Tommy recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis.

Tommy is a past president of the Mobile Commercial Real Estate Exchange Club, whose members include the top commercial realtors in South Alabama. He has also served on the board of directors of the Mobile Area Association of Realtors.

He has served on the board of directors of the Coastal Conservation Association, Mobile Touchdown Club, Mobile County Wildlife Association, and the Mobile Big Game Fishing Club.

Tommy has worked with many national companies who do business in the Mobile area. These companies include Sears, Allstate, World Omni Financial, Inchcape Shipping Services, The American Red Cross, Congressman Jo Bonner, AIG Insurance, Verizon Wireless, Xerox and many others.

Tommy and his wife, Margaret, have a 6 year old Daughter, and a 4 year old son.
